co444 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and co444 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform available at https://co444.io ("the Platform"). These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the co444 Platform including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, betting, gaming, bonus participation, and all other interactions with the Platform.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on the co444 Platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. You further confirm that you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party. These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of your agreement with co444.

2 Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to the co444 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while holding a co444 account.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online betting and gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of co444, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded or permanently banned from the co444 Platform.
• You must register using accurate, truthful, and complete personal information.

co444 applies a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Prior to processing your first withdrawal, you will be required to submit valid government-issued photographic identification (such as a National ID card or passport) and, where applicable, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.

3 Account Registration

Each eligible player may register one (1) account only on the co444 Platform. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your co444 account credentials, including your username and password. co444 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify co444 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

• Account registration requires a valid email address, mobile number, and accurate personal details.
• Players must not share their co444 account credentials with any third party.
• co444 accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, traded, or gifted to another person.
• co444 reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, with or without providing a reason, subject to the return of any legitimate funds held in the account wallet.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

co444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your co444 wallet within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically under 15 minutes for MFS methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and up to 3 business days for bank transfers.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible.
• co444 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• co444 does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

co444 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the offer.

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution percentages, and expiry dates are specified for each individual promotion.
• co444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to bonus hunting, matched betting using bonus funds, or collusion between players — will result in forfeiture of all bonus balances and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Players may only participate in each promotion once unless otherwise stated. Multiple accounts used to claim the same promotion will have all bonus balances voided.
• co444 reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a promotion has been exploited or claimed in bad faith.

6 Betting Rules and Fair Play

All bets placed on the co444 Platform are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport, event, and market type. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that market. co444's decisions regarding bet settlement, void bets, and disputed outcomes are final.

• Bets once confirmed are binding and cannot be amended, transferred, or cancelled by the player except where co444 offers an explicit Cash Out feature for the relevant market.
• co444 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result was already known at the time of placement (late betting).
• In the event of a manifest error — including incorrect odds, incorrect market descriptions, or system errors — co444 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player wallets.
• Live/in-play betting markets are offered in real time. co444 cannot guarantee continuous availability of in-play markets and accepts no liability for losses arising from market suspension during live events.
• All casino games on the co444 Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) verified by independent testing laboratories. Game outcomes are not influenced by the Platform operator.
• Maximum bet and maximum payout limits apply to specific markets and are published within the relevant market or game interface.

7 Responsible Gaming

co444 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting the welfare of its players. We recognise that for a small number of people, gambling can become problematic. co444 provides a range of tools and resources to help players manage their gambling activity responsibly.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account dashboard. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss limits: Players may set limits on the total amount they are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session time limits: Players may set reminders and automatic session end times to manage their time on the Platform.
• Reality checks: Periodic pop-up notifications can be enabled to remind players of the time elapsed during a gaming session.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request temporary self-exclusion (minimum 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion via the account dashboard or by contacting [email protected]. Permanent self-exclusion requests are irreversible.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the co444 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets based on insider information or pre-arranged outcomes.
• Participating in bonus abuse, including systematic exploitation of promotional offers across multiple accounts or in coordination with other players.
• Using the co444 Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Registering multiple accounts or assisting any other person in registering a second account on the Platform.
• Impersonating another person or providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.

9 Intellectual Property

All content available on the co444 Platform — including but not limited to the co444 brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, software, text, graphics, images, audio, and video material — is the exclusive property of co444 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the co444 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the co444 Platform without our prior written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, co444, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of winnings due to technical errors, or interruption of service.

co444's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Amendments and Termination

co444 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to players via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following the notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.

co444 may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach any provision of these Terms, if we are required to do so by law or regulatory direction, or if we determine that continued operation of your account presents an unacceptable risk to the integrity of the Platform. Upon termination, any legitimate real-money balance remaining in your account wallet will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of all applicable verification checks.

12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which co444 is licensed to operate. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the co444 Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the co444 Platform, you should first contact our support team at [email protected] with a full written description of your complaint. co444 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a formal complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law. co444 does not seek to exclude or restrict any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under mandatory consumer protection legislation.
